ALICE ARMSTRONG

Alice Armstrong is a multi UK Blues Awards-nominated singer-songwriter from the UK. She is known for her wide vocal range, unconventional lyrics, enigmatic stage presence, and powerful performances, all of which are peppered with her trademark sense of humour.

Alice has spent the last few years gracing the stage at many of the UK's biggest rhythm and blues festivals. She has now embarked on her own musical journey, fronting a remarkably talented three-piece band featuring Ollie Knight-Smith on guitar, Kev Hickmann on drums, and Josh Rigal on bass. She has recently released a brand new album of original material (Love, Sex & Death), following a run of single track releases.

This year, she has headlined at Benicassim Blues Festival, Upton Blues Festival, Uckfield Blues & Roots Festival, Suceava Blues Festival, and The Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival. A significant musical highlight was a personal invitation from Joe Bonamassa, who invited Alice and her band to perform on his "Keeping The Blues Alive" cruise in August.

Alice is a highly sought-after and super talented musician, and we are thrilled to welcome her to The Bear for her first appearance under her own name.
