A true jazz scene veteran in his thirties, guitar prodigy Artie Zaitz leads a group of London's most grooving, swinging musicians. Tonight, Artie presents his critically acclaimed debut album The Regulator, released in September 2024 on Banger Factory Records - an exciting, fresh take on the classic Hammond organ combo line-up, bringing together Zaitz's deep blues sensibility and love of jazz, soul and Latin music. They will also be showcasing some new works by Zaitz before recording their follow up album later this year. This is one not to miss!
Artie Zaitz is one of the leading guitarists on the UK jazz scene as well as an outstanding keyboard player. Coming from a family of musicians Zaitz was exposed to jazz from an early age and developed a particular interest in recordings from the Blue Note label which has had a profound impact on his music. Artie has been working and recording on the London and international scene for over a decade with artists such as Moses Boyd, The Banger Factory, Camilla George, Maisha, Theon Cross, Jordan Rakei and Tom Waters Electric People to name a few.
