Savannah Gardner & The Recovering Good Girls are back following their sold-out show last year. This London-based band bends the country music genre to their mighty will, combining blues, honky tonk, and gypsy jazz into their big sound while staying rooted in traditional and vintage country.
Savannah was raised in California by her English parents and was heavily influenced by their record collection—everything from Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash to big female voices like Shirley Bassey, Patsy Cline, and Judy Garland. She started her troubadour journey in the venues and clubs of LA at nineteen and eventually followed her family back to England, where she’s lived for the past seven years.
Her special connection with audiences earned her a nomination for the UK AMA’s Live Act of the Year 2025 and festival slots at Glastonbury, Black Deer, C2C London, Red Rooster, and The Long Road.
The Recovering Good Girls formed two years ago and features Savannah, Riley Hare (bass) from Texas, Carmen Ruiz Vicente (drums) from Spain, and honorary guest Duncan Menzies (fiddle) from Scotland. The band is selling out venues across the UK with their energetic and theatrical show, and are currently working on their debut album.
Savannah’s debut album, Recovering Good Girl, was released in 2024 and produced by Dale Davis, the legendary former bassist and musical director for Amy Winehouse.
Support is from up-and-coming acoustic folk-roots duo Elizabeth & Jameson.
“Not only is Savannah an artist you are all going to hear a lot more of, she is a truly lovely person. That is a winning combination”
“The voice is her ace. A sophisticated and mellifluous set of pipes that happily switch between Patsy Cline or Esther Phillips with personality”
